Prevenative Computer Maintenance
How it works:
- Subscribe Below
- We log in at a specified date and time each month and check all of your computers (they much be located at the same residence)
- We check for any updates to your Operating System and Software
- We check that your virus definitions are up to date
- We look at your error logs to find out if you are having any hardware problems (before your hardware dies)
- We send you an email summarizing what we did along with any problems we discovered.
How much does it cost?
- The cost is $10.00* per month.
*NOTE: Any additional work above and beyond will be billed at normal time and materials rates.
What else do I get for my money?
- You also get limited free technical support over the phone (calls 10 minutes or less)
- You get free computer purchasing advice (if you want to by new computers or periphial devices)
Is there a commitment?
- There is no commitment and you may cancel at any time.
